Committed to the expansion of diversity throughout the FBI, the Diversity Advisory Committees (DACs) provide feedback to FBI leadership about the success of diversity policies, programs, and practices as they relate to underrepresented communities. The committees encourage employee engagement on diversity and inclusion matters, as well as participation in commemorative programs, cultural awareness activities, and diversity training.
